14.00 Fatigue Management – ICAO is working to provide States and industry with provisions that will help them to better manage fatigue-related risks – in the workshop there will be presentations and group work – for preparation read the ’Fatigue Management Guide for Air Traffic Service Providers’. A document created in collaboration between ICAO, CANSO and IFATCA. It is in the dropbox.
